CEG EastWest Positioning line

We were challenged to reposition a workspace while the concept of work itself was being redefined forever. In a city with a traditional office market where flexible offices hadn’t really gained traction, CEG acquired Citygate Nottingham, the city’s largest serviced office to create a unique flexible offering. They reimagined the space to foster human interaction, community and wellness whilst overhauling externally. By repurposing, not rebuilding they reduced embodied carbon and lived up to their sustainable ambitions, an important message for large tenants and a contemporary workforce.

‘A place to thrive’ is as much about business success as it is about human happiness and personal achievement. Facilitating the rebalancing of life and work, East-West is a unique environment where people and businesses can prosper.
